BDM/ BDE/ sales executive
Job Description
Experience using online tools like Discover.org, Zoominfo.com, Linkedin.com, Indeed.com to research companies and IT needs.
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
Preferred knowledge of technical recruitment,selling partner solutions and customized software development projects.
Ability to understand the technical requirements make initial calls to set up appointments.
Ability to use key words from technical resumes and find potential job openings.
Complete appropriate reporting and interact with team members for coaching and ability to do multiple tasks at same time (company research, job postings, financial reviews, etc.).
Manage effective sourcing strategies such as Portals -Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, Yahoo, Hot Jobs, Net-Temps. Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, Linkedin, job groups, cold calls and direct mailing &resume review.
Wants to advance his / her career by working with a fast growing company and producing quick results, motivated by a good base salary and strong incentive bonuses.
Ability to complete various online company profiles and document in CRM system.
Strong communication skills to make initial calls into potential clients or in speaking to candidates.
Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, presentation& team management skills.
Achieve Targets.
Team player with leadership abilities.
Compensation :- Depends on Experience, base + performance incentives
Assessment :- Willingness to take Behavioral DISC personality assessment
